1. Officer Field Collections (One Year Renewable Contract):
Job Summary/Major Responsibilities
. Contacting debtors with overdue accounts via calls, email, etc., to initiate the payment collection process.
. Visiting delinquent customers for collecting debts and overdue payments, and settlement plans to ensure efficient debt recovery.
. Ensure timely debt recovery while building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and collecting debts. Meeting daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.
. Managing a portfolio of delinquent accounts and proactively working to reduce non-performing loans.
. Ensuring that all debt collection activities comply with relevant banking regulations, collection laws, policies, procedures, and legal guidelines. Addressing customer inquiries, resolving billing disputes, and providing support related to payment issues.
. The ability to analyze situations, identify root causes of debt issues, and propose effective solutions.
. Preparing & maintaining accurate reports and records of all collection activities, including outstanding debts, communication logs, and payment details. Accurately documenting all communication and transactions with debtors.
. Working with other departments (e.g., legal, customer service) to resolve complex cases and improve the overall collection process.
. Escalating cases to legal if necessary.
. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and written skills for effective interaction with debtors.
. Adhere to office decorum and discipline. Maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor, even when dealing with difficult debtors.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC-recognized University/Institute.
Age:
Up to 35 Years as of July 29, 2025.
Experience:
Banking/Non-Banking relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in the collection/recovery function of consumer banking and Microfinance.
