The Government of the Punjab, LG & CD Department has Established a Project Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU-ITBMS) under IT-Based Monitoring System Project to enhance service delivery in entire local governments of the Punjab. The project aims to digitize local government functions such as Sanitation, Solid Waste Management, HRMIS, Financial & Asset Management, etc. The Department seeks professionals for performance-based contracts till June 2027, which is further extendable based on Department Decision and satisfactory performance. The LGCD Department promises a great work environment and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

1. Project Coordinator:

Qualification / Experience

Minimum 16 years of education in Finance, Business Administration, Social Sciences or Computer Sciences from HEC Recognized foreign or local institution.

Must have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in providing services related to:

a) Development of government clients-specific software solutions

b) Preference will be given to candidates having experience working with local governments in areas such as sanitation, solid waste management, HRMIS, financial management, public accounts, and municipal asset management.

2. Database Administrator:

Qualification / Experience

Minimum 16 years of education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related from a HEC recognized local or foreign institution.

Must have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in software development, with a reputed IT service provider.

Preference will be given to candidates having experience working with local governments in areas such as sanitation, solid waste management, HRMIS, financial management, public accounts, and municipal asset management.

3. Mobile Application Developer:

Qualification / Experience

Minimum 16 years of education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related from a HEC recognized local or foreign institution.

Salary will be commensurate with LUMP sum salary package till June 2027.
