SOUTHERN PUNJAB POVERTY ALLEVIATION PROJECT
Positions Available
Government of the Punjab in collaboration with International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) has launched the Southern Punjab Poverty Alleviation Project (SPPAP)-IFAD Assisted in Ten districts of Punjab i.e., Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Rahim Yar khan, Muzaffargarh, Rajan Pur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Layyah, Khushab, Bhakkar and Mianwali under the administrative control of Government of the Punjab, Planning & Development Board.
In order to achieve the goals of SPPAP, applications are invited for the following posts as per given qualifications and criteria:
1. Regional Coordinator:
Qualification and Experience
Master Degree/16 years of education from HEC recognized Institution with 10 years of relevant experience as:
(i) Project management & coordination.
(ii)Staff capacity building, (iii) Monitoring & evaluation, (iv)Community mobilization, (v)Quality assurance, (vi) Project implementation, evaluation, report & Project preparation

2. M&E Officer (BS-17):
Qualification and Experience
Master Degree in Management Sciences, Professional in M&E (of development division) with 5 years of relevant professional experience in Developing Organizations or Projects including experience in the area of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation. Those having experience with designing and managing Log Frame based planning/RBM shall be preferred.

3. Assistant Director (Agriculture) (BS-17):
Qualification and Experience
Master Degree in Agriculture (2nd Division) from HEC recognized Institution with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Agriculture Development Project. Working experience with communities shall be preferred.

4. Assistant Director (Livestock) (BS-17):
Qualification and Experience
Degree in Animal Sciences (2nd Division) from HEC recognized Institution with 5 years of relevant professional experience in Livestock Development Projects working experience with communities shall be preferred.

k) The appointment of Incumbent will neither confer any right of regular appointment to the same post nor service counts towards seniority/pension etc.
l) Only Punjab domicile will be considered.
