1. Law / Corporate Affairs Officers:

Position: Officer Legal & Corporate Affairs
Division: Company Secretary & Legal Division
Locations: Head Office Karachi
Required Qualification & Experience:
Law Graduate degree, 5 years plus of relevant experience laws & rules.
Position Summary:
Providing legal opinions on Corporate matters, Account opening, Housing Finance, property documents etc.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Drafting, Examining and Vetting of all legal documents (especially Property Documents from all over
Pakistan & its Capital, Provinces, AJK and GB) and co-ordination with the panel of lawyers to ensure
documents are legally sound;
• Coordination with strict follow ups and Briefing / discussion with the lawyers for Property related / legal
cases assigned to them and to negotiate the fees structure of the Advocates.
• To ensure that the Bank has adhered to the constitution and by-laws as well as the laws and regulations of
the country.
• Liaison with Internal/External/SBP Auditors for conducting Legal Audit as a Coordinator, liaison with team
Members of Legal Division & External Auditors for preparing of ICM (Internal Control Manual).
• Prepare monthly Statement (MIS) of assigned task.
• Drafting and vetting of routine contracts pertaining to property, license, non-disclosure agreements,
Intellectual property rights etc.
• Drafting and vetting of MOA, MOU, Bank guarantee, Indemnity Bonds if any, Undertakings and authority Letters, vendor contracts, etc.
• Furnish Legal opinion on corporate matters.
• Furnish Legal Clearance on Charge forms.
• Furnish Legal opinion on account opening.
• Furnish Legal opinion on Deceased Accounts related to Court orders, Succession Certificate & Letter of
Administration.
• Furnish Legal opinion on notices / letters from law enforcement agencies, Ministry & Regulators.
• Vetting drafts of Bank Guarantees, Board Resolution, Agreements, MOUs & SLAs.
• Any other job assigned by the Divisional Head.

2. Manager ADC Operations:

Position: Unit Head Alternate Delivery Channel
Division: Information Technology
Location: Head Office – Karachi
Required Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 Years’ experience in Alternate Delivery Channel
solutions implementation and/or support.
Main Duties, Responsibilities & Job Requirements:
• Strong understanding of delivery of services to customers via ADC, technical training and
skills,
• Strong understanding of banking concepts with respect to the applications that are being
supported by the resource.
• Responsible for establishment of new and value added electronic banking channels,
product development, project and product management and business generation and
expansion.
• Project Management of multiple projects, multi-tasking and ensuring all assigned projects
are completed as per schedule (from initiation to closing).
• Responsible for achieving technical & Business aspects of FWBL’s Alternate Distribution
channels including, but not limited to:
o Call Center / CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and IVR (Interactive
Voice Response)
o Payment Cards
o Internet & Mobile Banking Applications
o UBPS and IBFT on ADC
o ATMs
o Merchant Discount Programs
o Integration with Fintechs
• Conducting nationwide training sessions for staff education regarding ADC services.
• Compliance, risk management and information security coordinator for ADC.
• Ensure compliance of SOP’s and IS policies including internal policies and prudential
regulation guidelines, while performing their day to day operations
• Strong communication and Interpersonal Skills.

3. Database Manager:

Job Position:Manager Database
Grade: AVP II / OG-1
Department: Information Technology
Required Qualification & Experience:
Graduate/ Postgraduate degree preferably in Computer Science or equivalent from an HEC-recognized
university.
• 6-8 years of experience as a Manager Database or similar role
• 6-8 years of experience with SQL Server / Oracle Database Administration.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Establishing and maintaining an effective Database System, including tuning, backup/recovery,
security, administration, and maintenance.
• Performance testing and evaluation to ensure data security, privacy, and integrity. Identification
of bottlenecks and deadlock issues.
• Ensure that all database environments are deployed, maintained, and managed via proactive
monitoring of performance and capacity planning of RDBM.
• Handle common database procedures, such as upgrade, backup, recovery, and migration.
• Proactively manage and maintain security standards and controls.
• Performance and capacity monitoring aspects of the DB.
• Experience with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server.
• Create a reliable backup strategy. Ensure database backups and Recovery are appropriately
executed.
• Creating new databases or upgrading existing databases.
• Perform maintenance on databases, check data accessibility, and troubleshoot problems with
new systems as needed.
• Establish the needs of users and monitor user access and security
• Monitor performance and manage parameters in order to provide fast responses to front-end
users

them fit for purpose.
• manage the security and disaster recovery aspects of a database. develop, manage and test
backup and recovery plans
• On-call support to maintain 7×24 coverage of the database environment.
• Maintain best practices for managing systems and services on Linux Servers.
• Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, and fixes on Linux servers.
• Bash Scripting, Cron jobs and modify scripts or applications.

• Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the Linux
environment.
• Install and maintain databases Installed on a Linux server.
• Apply Patches and Upgrades as necessary.
• Fault finding, analysis and supporting day-today administration functions including user account
management on Linux/Unix Environment
• Implement Security Monitoring and audit to identify any possible security intrusions or
breaches.

4. Application Support Officer:

Position: Officer Admin
Division: Operations Division
Location: Head Office Karachi
Position Summary:
To liaison with respective stakeholders for system related assignments. Participate in development of different
MIS.liaison with different units/departments of Ops Division for Admin/HR related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Development and maintenance of different MIS as required by internal and external stakeholders.
• Processing of Lost instruments and duplicate issuance of instruments.
• Consolidation of data in regard P.B.A Loss of instrument and resolve related issues reported by Branches.
• Data Consolidation in regard of GL-Balancing, Visit Report of countrywide Branches and related
correspondence with Branches.
• Compliance follow-ups with concerned Branches / Regional Offices staff consolidation / compilation of Audit
report of Operations Division and Branches.
• Compilation / consolidation data of unclaimed accounts of concerned Branches / Regional Offices.
• Follow-ups of instruction given by Head of Operations from Operations team, to acquire / consolidated data

team.

6. Officer Software Development:

Position: Officer Software Development
Division: Information Technology

Required Qualification & Experience:
Minimum bachelor’s in the relevant field, with minimum 2-4 years of experience in developing
and implementing software applications, well versed with. Net programming and content
management system (WordPress or similar), strong analytical skills to understand business
requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs.
• Identifying areas for notification in existing programs and subsequently developing
these notifications.
• Writing and implementing efficient code.
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems.
• Develop design documents based on business requirements provided by the project
sponsor.
• Test and deploy applications and systems
• Revise, update, refactor, and debug code
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)

Division: Business Division
Location: Pan Pakistan
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for creating Business relationship with customer and processing of Credit Proposal by
analysing financial credit, industry data of the prospect of the borrower to determine the risk of the bank, task assigned
by line manager. Liaising with branch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Growth and target monitoring in assigned portfolio, thereby improve profitability, trade volumes and earning
assets.
• Prepare a structured calling/meeting program to explore customer needs and strengthening rapport and
solicit fresh transactions from existing as well as new customers.
• Prepare/submit complete, comprehensive and accurate credit proposals in coordination with Incharge
• Monitoring of recoveries and of payments and documentation of loans
• Provide regular updates to Line Manager on performance of accounts allocated.
• Ensure compliance of SBP regulations and head office instructions/covenants.
• To conduct periodic indoor/on-site visits to the client’s premises in order to ascertain current operational /
financial / market position, along with SRM, as per the requirement or as instructed by unit head.
• Close liaison/ follow up with branch /client for timely recovery of Mark up.
• Obtain and submit client’s financial information including financial modeling, qualitative / quantitative
analysis and industry analysis.
• Maintain the validity of corporate, Consumer, Agri and SE & ME accounts and provide regular updates to
SRMs and Unit Head / In charge on performance of accounts periodically.
• Assist BMs in identifying new business opportunities. Occasionally visit clients with BMs to increase
business reciprocity.
• Record keeping and making relevant documentation, as per audit requirement, for existing and new
relationships.
• Approvals of Business Proposals in Core Banking System if assigned.
• Extraction and reporting of ECIB of SME & Corporate customers for region branches.
• Ensure meticulous compliance of AML/CFT/CPF and prudential regulations, internal Bank policies & procedures.
• Any other credit related activities as assigned by Incharge
• Any other task assigned by the Line Manager/ Management is to be performed to the best of

9. Senior Network and Data Center Engineer:

Position: Sr. Network & Data Centre Engineer
Division: Information Technology
Location: Head Office – Karachi
Required Qualification & Experience:
Graduate/ Postgraduate degree preferably in Computer Science or equivalent from an HECrecognized university. Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Core Networks and
Datacenter.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage technical network solutions, Servers, firewalls & Data Centre.
• Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common day to day network
problems.
• Liaising with ISP’s & service providers for network troubleshooting & implementation of
new products & features.
• Hands-on experience on Cisco / Fortinet VPN, VPC, Routers, Switches, IPS/IDS and Next
Generation Firewalls.
• Document and communicate technical Network principals, designs and standards. Help
in setup, extend and manage networks, firewalls and securities.
• Regular monitoring and reporting on network performance, availability, utilization, and
security is essential.
• Monitoring of Primary & DR Site Datacenter.
• Have experience of Disaster Recovery planning, implementation and testing.
• Strong communication and Interpersonal Skills.

10. Senior System Administrator:

Position: Senior System Administrator
Division: Information Technology
Location: Head Office – Karachi
Required Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent
experience required.
Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Competencies Required:
System administration and IT certifications in Microsoft, or other related
fields would be a plus
Position Summary:
Responsible to manage FWBL IT Systems Infrastructure and Data Center and provide IT related support to
internal and external users.
• Maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and
virtualization.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and
resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
• Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data
protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
• Responsible to Manage and configuring a virtualized infrastructure environment and ensuring all
critical servers/services availability.
• Manage, maintain and implement SAN storage along with monitoring of SAN to SAN replication

• Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and
related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
• Take proactive measures with the objective of near zero down time.
• Should have hands on experience to deploy & manage Microsoft Windows Services (Active
Directory, WSUS, IIS, DHCP and DNS).
• Management & troubleshooting of Email Server.
• Manage and troubleshooting of VERITAS net backup.
• Any other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
